About The Role

The People Operations Coordinator supports the People Operations Manager in delivering efficient and well-controlled People operations. Sitting within the People Team, this role provides coordination, reporting and administrative support across HR, Recruitment and Training - helping to maintain accurate processes, data and documentation while supporting People projects and continuous improvement activity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide day-to-day support to the People Operations Manager across operational activities, projects and improvement initatives.
  • Support the maintenance and documentation of People processes, procedures and manager self-service tools.
  • Coordinate actions across HR, Recruitment and Training teams to support the effective delivery of People processes.
  • Assist with compliance and process audits, collating information, identifying discrepancies and tracking actions through to completion.
  • Produce regular people metrics, reports and dashboards, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Support People projects through data gathering, testing, documentation, action tracking and implementation activity.
  • Carry out regular checks of People data and processes, highlighting errors, trends or recurring issues to the People Operations Manager.
  • Respond to routine operational queries and support colleagues and managers in following established People processes.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR or operational support role is desirable
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Confident working with systems, data and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to identify and raise issues
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across different teams
