About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our internal IT team based at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber. 

In this role you will support the planning and delivery of digital and technology solutions across the business. Working under the guidance of a senior delivery lead, you will help gather, structure, and document business and user needs, ensuring that the development team has clear, concise information to deliver from. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone developing their skills in digital delivery, analysis, or product development. You will play a key part in the successful delivery of technology changes by ensuring user needs are well understood and clearly defined.

Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in capturing and clarifying business and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and discussions. 
  • Support the translation of goals into clear documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. 
  • Collaborate with team leads, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are well understood and ready for development. 
  • Maintain up-to-date and well-structured documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. 
  • Help monitor work progress and contribute to team activities like backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews. 
  • Assist in gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future work. 
  • Work with senior delivery staff to ensure priorities and context are clearly communicated. 
 
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
 

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
 
  • Some experience working within a digital or IT team, ideally in a support, analysis, or delivery coordination role. 
  • Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to document and explain ideas clearly. 
  • An interest in how technology is delivered and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues. 
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, and (ideally) platforms such as Jira or DevOps. 
  • A willingness to learn about agile delivery practices and contribute to team planning and delivery rhythms. 
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
