About The Role

As a Field Installation Manager at Wren, you'll oversee kitchen and bedroom installations from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction. You’ll manage subcontracted teams, uphold quality standards, and take full ownership of each project—from job allocation to final sign-off. Covering locations Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Chatham to Broadstairs

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage end-to-end installation, ensuring clear customer communication throughout.
  •  Coordinate with central teams to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues swiftly.
  •  Guide and support subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality and compliance.
  •  Schedule and monitor installations to meet deadlines and standards.
  •  Audit site work for quality, safety, and adherence to the Wren Way.
  •  Assess new subcontractors for skill, quality, and fit.
  •  Communicate progress and resolve concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
  •  Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline processes.
  •  Track costs and optimize resource use.
  •  Handle warranty site visits and escalate issues to resolution.
  •  Conduct technical visits for escalated cases and report findings.
  •  Work with showroom teams to gather feedback and support improvements.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS)Responsibilities document.

About You

  • Experienced in installation management, especially in kitchens and bedrooms
  •  Strong knowledge of installation, carpentry, and construction practices
  •  Familiar with industry regulations
  •  Skilled in managing full project lifecycle and customer satisfaction
  •  Collaborative with contact centre coordinators for on-time delivery
  •  Proficient in evaluating and selecting skilled subcontractors
  •  Strong leader, capable of managing multiple teams and projects
  •  Excellent communicator with customers and teams
  •  Flexible and willing to travel
  •  Positive, can-do attitude
