About The Role

This is a Maternity Cover position, due to end in August 2025.
 
As a Project Administrator, you will be an integral part of our IT Infrastructure & Services Project Team. Working from our Head Office at The Nest. You will be assisting the team with day-to-day admin tasks, checking project updates, and ensuring project data is kept updated across a wide variety of teams. You will be analysing project KPI’s and reviewing key areas for improvement.
 
This position is Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, after an initial period of training. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30. These times can be slightly amended upon discussion.

Main responsibilities:
 
  • Check & update project tasks daily.
  • Schedule project tasks as advised by PM within the resource schedule.
  • Use of project tool JIRA to keep track of updates from engineers, update data and create projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and third parties.
  • Distribute & review monthly team KPI reports.
  • Perform admin tasks such as updating documentation, accurate reporting, record keeping, file maintenance and data entry.
  • Showroom development admin duties such as but not limited to:
    • Create showroom desktop location plans (Training provided).
    • Gathering showroom equipment costs and sending to our Showroom Development Team as and when required.
  • Own the Network team circuit process, ensuring circuits are ordered and scheduled as per timeline required.
    • Ensure circuit information is kept updated and stakeholders updated of any appointments.
  • Own the department Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) process, ensuring a structured process is followed and the RAMS tracker kept updated.
  • Cover for Project Managers when on leave.

About You

Mandatory
  • Maintain an efficient, organised approach to all tasks
  • Passionate with the ability to take ownership of your own work, and confidently resolve issues were required
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your work
  • Experience with Microsoft packages
 Desirable
  • Experience with the tool JIRA
  • Experience in an administrative position
  • Ability to multitask along with effective time management
